Join the Vancouver Public Library for a Drop-in, one-to-one help with staff from Service Canada and Canada Revenue Agency. They will be available for assistance in:

• Tax slips and Notices of Assessment (NOA)
• Canada Child Benefit (CCB), Disability Tax Credit, Canadian Dental Care Plan, Old Age Security, Canada Pension Plan, Social Insurance Numbers
• Registering for online services

Please bring any ID you have – what is required will depend on the services accessed.
