Crave Jar
Location: Burnaby
Crave Jar – Spread the Flavour, Taste the Love
Crave Jar is a small-batch artisan brand based in Vancouver, Canada, crafting unique spreadable pickles and spice blends inspired by Persian flavours and local ingredients. Every jar is handmade with care in a licensed commercial kitchen, using only natural vinegar, herbs, and premium vegetables — with no preservatives or artificial additives.
From the smoky charm of our Nazkhatoon Pickle (Smoked Eggplant) to the tangy and bold Plum & Garlic Pickle, the tropical heat of Mango Chili Pickle, and our aromatic spice mixes like Pasta & Lasagna Spice and Potato Spice, each product tells a story of tradition meeting creativity.
At Crave Jar, we believe pickles are more than just a side dish; they’re a way to elevate everyday meals, add depth to flavours, and share a piece of Persian warmth and hospitality with every bite. Whether served alongside rice, sandwiches, or charcuterie boards, our jars are made to turn simple food into memorable moments.
Find us at local markets, select stores, or online — and let Crave Jar bring the taste of home to your table.

La Gourmande
Location: Port Coquitlam
La Gourmande is a small, artisanal chocolate business located in Port Coquitlam, BC.
Francoise, its creator, is an entrepreneur with a simple mission: To cater to her local community first and foremost, infusing it with a superior and delectable chocolate that is grown with regenerative agriculture and traded with fairness for all involved in the making and distributing of this wonderful treat.
La Gourmande operates out of a commercial kitchen in the Vancouver area, and proposes two styles of chocolate treats.
A luscious bar, infused with concentrated powder of Lion’s mane, a functional mushroom rich in antioxidants, and other valuable wellness benefits. Don’t worry, you won’t taste or feel it. The bar comes in 72% dark chocolate or 37% milk chocolate.
Simple, 100% chocolate lollipops, standard and seasonal themes, made with the same awesome and delicious chocolate (no mushroom). Fun, versatile, and affordable.
“We are dedicated to foster fairness and sustainability. We only use chocolate that is issued from fairtrade, is organic, is grown in a regenerative way and is absolutely free of human rights’s abuses. The chocolate we are using is certified in all these ways and is the product of the collective work of growers/manufacturers in the Dominican Republic and importers in Canada. We are here to serve our community, not quarterly reports.” – Francoise Véron Stamp, La Gourmande
