WeBC is an organizing partner of WE FOR SHE, a movement that engages business leaders and young women to learn and discuss solutions to promote gender equality in the workplace and to inspire young women to be bold in their careers.

Based on five years of collaboration, research and consultations with over 5,000 people in BC, WE FOR SHE has created a planning tool to help employers and employees work towards gender equality in BC.
