Monica Murray is a CPA, CA, CEC, ACC with a career spanning over 25 years in a variety of roles and industries including public practice, publicly traded global companies, start-ups and not for profits. From Finance to HR to CEO, she’s built and run her own company developing her entrepreneurial mindset. Monica’s current company, caratt, works with organizations coaching their leaders and their teams as they transition and grow in their roles. She is also a roundtable facilitator for CEO’s of technology companies. A passionate advocate for diversity and gender equality, Monica was a long-time national committee member of the CPA Canada Women’s Leadership Council and The Forum board. When not at work, you will find Monica sailing with her husband getting some fresh sea air. She lives in Vancouver, BC, Canada.
