Charlotte Ferreux is a high performance coach, and an online entrepreneur and business owner. She is super passionate about helping others reach their highest potential, and helps her clients achieve transformational results. She mixes in a fun & compassionate, yet direct challenging approach that gets to the root of the issue, and starts to create a SHIFT from the inside out.

Charlotte has been coaching and consulting globally for 9 years. She is a Certified High Performance Coach (CHPC), a Neuro Linguistic Programming Practitioner (NLPP), Certified in Emotional Freedom Techniques, Hypnotherapy, TIME techniques and in the CORE Coaching Method.

Charlotte is also the founder and CEO of Thrive Coaching & Consulting (Thrive), a company that provides High Performance Coaching, leadership training and tools to clients globally, in person and through an online digital brand. Thrive’s approach is unique in its ability to help individuals and organizations shift from the inside-out through creating a High Performance Leadership Culture.

For organizations, Thrive’s process helps implement changes to the core and not only helps leaders develop and duplicate strong leadership, but also creates customized people processes for sustainable long-term change with integrated expert coaches in each expert field.

Prior to establishing Thrive, Charlotte managed and consulted for billion-dollar organizations like Lululemon Athletica and has had the incredible experience of coaching for a 3rd party company (Growth.com) while achieving an extraordinary reputation of being a top coach (for the quality of her 1:1 coaching) for the Fortune 5000 company globally.

When she worked with Lululemon Athletica, she managed a region through the majority of its growth both prior to and through their IPO (from having 3 stores to over 100 stores in 5 different countries). Charlotte was accountable for the hiring and retention process for regions with over 600 staff members, the operations and financial execution and training for the regions, and the community building within the organization.

In addition to practicing & coaching personal development for over 15 years, Charlotte also has 20+ years of restaurant, retail and fashion industry experience focused primarily in leadership and senior management roles.
Charlotte is a resident of Castlegar, which is a city in rural southern BC. She is a single mother of two young children, and an engaged member of my community, bringing entrepreneurial, leadership, human resources and digital online skills to her coaching and consulting contracts as well as various boards.

Charlotte joined the Community Futures Central Kootenay Board in 2015 and became the Vice Chair in 2017. She was appointed to the Community Futures British Columbia Board of Directors in September 2018 and is representing a voice for small businesses in BC and chairs the HR Committee.
