Bernice Rahm co-founded a company in her 20s that created a new worldwide niche industry: manufacturing rings and scales for chainmail. This business crossed demographics and industries, serving a diverse global customer base that included NASA, who used their scales on the Insight Mission seismometer that is now on Mars, and fashion designers for Game of Thrones and The Hobbit. The company experienced 20% growth for 15 consecutive years.

Her professional journey began with a Mechanical Engineering degree and progressed through various challenges, expanding her skill set to include everything from coding and graphic design to CEO-level leadership, worldwide customer base and community building, system design and integrations, and acquiring and selling companies.

After 20 years, she sold her main operating company in 2019. During this transition, she learned to evolve from Doing to Delegating, to Empowering, to being—and now to doing in alignment with purpose. She aims to give back, having owned 6 successful businesses and seen just about everything. She is now a certified professional coach and mentor, Authentic Relating and Circling Practitioner & Facilitator, a somatics and psychology enthusiast, and is currently pursuing a Master’s in Counselling Psychology. She is deeply committed to relational and personal growth and practices these as a way of life.
