Pollinator Community Guidelines

These guidelines are here to help everyone feel comfortable, respected, and clear about their role. By completing this form, you agree to follow these guidelines.

As a WeBC Pollinator, I agree to:

  • Be transparent about my role: I will not misrepresent myself as a staff or team member from WeBC, and I will make it clear that I am volunteering as a Pollinator. While I may share my own experiences as a peer, I will not give business advice on behalf of WeBC. I will not make financial commitments on behalf of WeBC (such as sponsorships or partnerships), and will direct any such requests to the WeBC team.
  • Demonstrate respect and understanding: I’ll listen, encourage, and support others, and keep our space welcoming for everyone.
  • Maintain professional conduct: I’ll be thoughtful and constructive in all my interactions, both online and in person.
  • Protect privacy and confidentiality: I’ll respect the privacy of fellow Pollinators and won’t share personal stories or information outside the group without permission.
  • Be open and honest: I’ll share feedback and ideas to help improve the program, and I’ll let the WeBC team know if I have any concerns or conflicts.
  • Follow group and platform rules: I’ll respect the guidelines for our LinkedIn group and any other third-party platforms we use.
  • Respect boundaries: I will not use my role as a Pollinator to actively solicit or pressure others to buy my products or services. Sharing is welcome, but support comes first and boundaries are always respected.
    Respect WeBC’s resources:
I won’t use WeBC materials, resources, templates, or branding for my own business or personal promotion.
  • Reach out: If I’m ever unsure about something, I’ll reach out to the WeBC team for guidance.
