Join the WeBC Pollinator Program

Connecting thousands of women across BC who are knowledgeable, passionate, and deeply committed to supporting others.

Connection, community,
and support

The Pollinator Program is a volunteer initiative that invites women across BC to help spread awareness of WeBC’s resources and build stronger connections within their communities.

Pollinators are trusted community connectors. You help women feel less isolated, more informed, and more confident in their business journey. And in doing so, you strengthen your own leadership, visibility, and impact.

As a Pollinator:

  • You’ll help women entrepreneurs learn about the tools, training, and support available through WeBC.
  • You’ll share information, make introductions, and guide women toward resources that can help them start, grow, or strengthen their businesses.
  • You’re part of a growing movement to make entrepreneurship more accessible, inclusive, and empowering.
  • You’ll help women tap into valuable resources, build confidence, and grow their businesses—especially in underserved and rural communities.

Together, we’re creating a ripple effect of support, opportunity, and impact.
