Paula Quinn

Paula Quinn is a respected executive leader and community advocate with a diverse career spanning more than 40 years across legal administration, sales, marketing, human resources, and executive management. She currently serves as the Executive Director of the Downtown Kelowna Association (DKA), where she leads strategic initiatives that enhance economic vitality, public safety, and downtown vibrancy through advocacy, programming, and placemaking.

Before joining DKA, Paula served as the Executive Director of the KF Aerospace Centre for Excellence, the Okanagan’s state-of-the-art aviation museum and conference centre. A non-profit legacy project of KF Aerospace founder Barry Lapointe, the Centre honours the aviation heritage of the Okanagan and British Columbia. Over four years, Paula oversaw the Centre’s design, development, and construction, helping to bring Barry’s vision to life and establish a destination that will inspire generations. Her work focused on extensive community engagement and cultivating meaningful partnerships across the province.

Paula currently serves as a Board Member and as Vice President of the Central Okanagan Economic Development Commission (COEDC) Advisory Board. Her commitment to economic development, innovation, and inclusive leadership is reflected in her ongoing work across the region.

She has received multiple accolades for her leadership and service, including being named KWIB Woman of the Year 2025 and receiving the Marion Bremner Memorial Award, presented by the Kelowna Chamber of Commerce to the Director of the Year, in recognition of her outstanding governance and dedication to advancing the Chamber’s mission and vision.
