Aji Gourmet Products

Dive into the flavorful world of Aji, a family-owned sauce pronounced ‘ah-hee’. This unique recipe was created in Columbia by the Gonzalez family, using the flavours of their culture. When the family moved to British Columbia, they brought this taste of home with them. The turning point came at a party when mom Dyana brought Aji-infused guacamole, which wowed guests. This led to overwhelming demand, inspiring Dyana to turn it into a business.
