Now Accepting Submissions: 2024 Holiday Shop Local Campaign

WeBC is thrilled to announce the return of our Holiday Shop Local Campaign, running from November 18 to December 16!

During that time, we’ll be showcasing amazing women-owned businesses throughout BC that folks can support during one of the busiest shopping seasons of the year. 

This is a wonderful opportunity for businesses like yours to shine during the holiday season, and we’re accepting submissions now until November 3. 

We invite you to submit your product or service for consideration as a featured highlight in our campaign. Whether you offer unique gifts, services, experiences, or anything in between, we would love to showcase your business to our community!

How You Can Be Featured

To participate, please complete the form linked below to submit your business for consideration. It should take about 10 minutes, and you’ll need to provide:

  • Basic contact information about your business (social and website links)
  • A brief description of your product or service
  • Photos and/or video for Instagram (this can be an upload or a link)
  • Permission for us to feature you
  • Optional: Any thoughts you have on the importance of shopping local

The submission deadline is Sunday, November 3—apply now to feature your business!

Other Ways You Can Participate

  • Tag us in your posts: Not quite ready yet with your holiday promotions? No problem! Between November 18 and December 16, tag @thewebc in your Instagram posts or stories and we may share it on our channels!
  • Amplify your favourite local businesses: Like, comment and share our posts featuring your faves and you’ll also have the chance to win prizes!
