When it comes to marketing, do you feel like you’re always chasing the latest craze? Maybe you’re like a kid in a candy store with tons of creative ideas. Or perhaps marketing is just another thing on your to-do list.

Regardless of your personal feelings about marketing, in order for it to be successful, it needs to have a strong strategy. So WeBC has created “Maximum Marketing, Minimum Effort: Build a Strategy Specific to Your Business,” a three-part series to help you organize your ideas into a marketing playbook for your business.

This series works through the six keys and seven steps of effective marketing so you can create a cohesive strategy that helps you make better marketing decisions that maximize your time and budget.

While we strongly recommend you attend all three sessions, you may also choose only the session(s) you need to boost your skills:

All sessions are from 10am to 11:30am PDT and you also receive the downloadable Focused Marketing workbook ($15 value) to work through each step.

By the end of the series, you will have the skills and resources to create a strategic marketing plan for your business. Plus, you can connect with a WeBC Business Advisor for complimentary support to expand on your Marketing strategy.

Session 1 | Marketing Fundamentals: Work Smarter, Not Harder

When you have limited resources, you want your time and money to make the biggest marketing impact. In this workshop, Cathy Burrell, WeBC Client Service Coordinator, will introduce you to the six keys of “common-sense” marketing. You’ll discover how to apply tried and true maxims to your work, so you can spend less time on marketing tasks and focus on what really works for your business.

Session 2 | Focused Marketing: How to Build a Strategy

What if you could find a way to reduce the scattering, efficiently manage your time and get better results? In this session Cathy will delve deep into what focused marketing means. Using the seven steps of marketing, you’ll learn how to concentrate on your best potential customers and deliver a clear, consistent and appealing message that improves your “batting average” and reduces wasted time, energy and money.

Session 3 | Real World Marketing: From TikTok to Tradeshows

Join Cathy for a Fireside Chat with marketing professionals and business owners who will share their experience with different marketing tactics. We have Jennifer Kolbuc, Social Media Strategist and owner of Mountain Top Consulting lined up already, and stay tuned for the rest of our panelists!

Do you have burning questions about Marketing Strategy planning? This is your chance to have your questions answered by real world marketers who will share their experiences, lessons, and tips to help you elevate your efforts!
