July 29, 2020- The Board of Women’s Enterprise Centre has announced Jill Earthy as the incoming CEO. Jill is an experienced mission driven leader with deep knowledge of the entrepreneurial ecosystem and has been supporting women entrepreneurs throughout her career. Most recently, Jill has been accelerating the advancement of female leaders and entrepreneurs through her role as Principal, with Risery Consulting. Prior to 2019, she was the Head of Female Funders (powered by Highline BETA) where she re-designed and led an investor accelerator program for senior female leaders in the corporate and innovation sectors to increase diversity in the investment industry to support a broader range of entrepreneurs.

With additional leadership experience and proven success in roles such as Chief Growth Officer at FrontFundr, Regional Director (BC & Yukon) at Futurpreneur, CEO of the Forum for Women Entrepreneurs, and co-founder and owner of multiple businesses, Jill is well poised to build on the strong foundation of Women’s Enterprise Centre, and lead an exceptional provincial team focused on empowering women entrepreneurs to their business success.

As a community champion, speaker, mentor and connector, Jill will formally assume the role of CEO on August 17, 2020. Until then, she will continue her great work as Interim CEO building momentum and enhancing support for women entrepreneurs.

What a journey! Now in the role of CEO, I am excited to collaboratively lead the organization into its next phase working with such a skilled and committed team with a shared passion.”
